Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for AToz Skills. By enrolling in this class, you agree to these terms.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund Eligibility
    • You are eligible for a full refund if:
      • You cancel your enrollment at least 2 days before the class starts.
      • The class is canceled by the instructor or organizer.
  2. Partial Refund Eligibility
    • You are eligible for a partial refund if:
      • You cancel your enrollment within 2 days of the class start date but before the class begins. A 10% cancellation fee may apply.
      • You have attended less than 10% of the class sessions and provide a valid reason for your early withdrawal.
  3. No Refund Policy
    • You are not eligible for a refund if:
      • You cancel your enrollment less than 2 days before the class starts.
      • You do not attend the class or miss any sessions without prior notice.
  4. Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please:
      • Submit a written request via atozskillsindia@gmail.com to +91 88661 45557.
      • Include your name, class details, and reason for cancellation.
      • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. By Participants
    • Participants must notify Atoz Skills of their intent to cancel at least 2 days before the class start date to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the class start date may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  2. By Instructor/Organizer
    • The instructor or organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to a rescheduled class or another available class.

4. Transfer Policy

  1. Transfer Eligibility
    • Transfers to another class are allowed if requested at least 2 days before the original class starts.
    • Transfers may be subject to availability and additional fees.
  2. Transfer Process

      • Include your name, current class details, and preferred class or schedule.

5. Special Circumstances

  1. Medical or Emergency Situations
    • If you need to cancel due to medical or emergency reasons, please provide documentation to support your request.
    • We will review these cases on an individual basis and offer appropriate refunds or transfers where possible.
  2. Course Material
    • If you have received course materials and cancel your enrollment, you may be required to return these materials before a refund is processed.
